We are seeking an experienced Senior Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in managing the full set of accounts and possess a strong understanding of financial and management reporting. This role requires excellent attention to detail, the ability to meet deadlines, and a proactive approach to improving financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the full set of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and month-end/year-end closing.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and management reports, including balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, and any necessary variance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Generate management reports and financial analysis to support decision-making.
• Provide insights into budget performance, cash flow, and expense management.
• Assist in preparing the annual budget and periodic forecasts.
• Monitor financial performance against budget and report any significant variances.
• Support internal and external audit processes, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
• Maintain proper documentation and control processes to ensure compliance.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial procedures and streamline reporting processes.
• Implement best practices in financial management and reporting.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and hands-on experience with the full set of accounts.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Responsibilities:

• Checking of invoices and receipts daily and post-purchase orders.
• Inventory purchase rebate computation.
• Submission of sales report to landlords.
• Monitor inventory movement and conduct monthly stock reconciliations.
• Perform regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies and resolve any issues.
• Conduct yearly stock count.
• Maintain comprehensive records of inventory transactions, including purchases, sales, and adjustments.
• Ensure all inventory-related documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintaining a well-organized filing system for easy retrieval of inventory-related documents.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as boutiques and operations to optimize inventory-related workflows.
• Ad-hoc duties and tasks when assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in any discipline (Accounting, Supply Chain, Logistic background will be advantageous)
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in inventory accounting
• Pleasant personality, good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good team player
• Meticulous, detailed and careful
• Experience in luxury retail would be advantageous
