Job Description

• Experience in managing Full Sets of accounts
• Responsible for month-end and year-end closing
• Ensure timely and accurate financial and management reporting
• Monthly bank reconciliation and fixed assets accounting
• Assist in tax compliance submissions including GST reporting for Singapore
• Preparation of audit schedules and liaising with Auditors for year end reporting
• Handle and participate in any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma in Accountancy
• 4 years’ relevant working experience in accounts
• Capable of maintaining full set of accounts
• A team player with quick learning capabilities and strong interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Computer literacy in spreadsheet and accounting software
• MUST have at least 2 years exerience in CONSTRUCTION SECTOR

Responsibilities

• Assist Consultants/client in the supervision and quality assurance of construction works on site
• Ensure that all installation methods and material used are in accordance with the contract drawings and specifications
• Liaise with the contractors/sub-contractors in the coordination of site works
• Highlight discrepancies, feedback site progress and irregularities to Consultants
• Ensure the contractors maintain work safety, cleanliness and tidiness of the site

Requirements

• Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
• Registered with IES as a Resident Technical Officer (M&E) is a must.
• At least 3 years’ experience in the supervision of commercial/residential project
• Has supervised precast components
• Has an eye for details and resourceful
• Location of the project: Changi East

Duration: 6 months

Location: One North

Responsibilities

• Review grant applications and ensure all required documentation is submitted
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary information for grant proposals
• Assist in the preparation of grant proposals and budgets
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of grant applications and approvals
• Communicate with grant applicants regarding the status of their applications
• Assist in the preparation of grant reports and final evaluations
• Provide administrative support to the Grants Manager as needed

Requirements

• Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Previous experience in grant administration or a similar role preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of grant writing and budgeting processes is a plus
