As a Patient Service Associate (Clinic Settings), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Arrange patient appointments and issue reminder calls.
• Input insurance details and medical history into the system.
• Validate patient insurance coverage and collect co-payments.
• Manage corporate and insurance billings, ensuring timely processing and follow-up.
• Process card payments and reconcile daily cash deposits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prioritize and perform Know-Your-Customer (KYC) reviews (new client onboarding) including conducting KYC-related analysis

Able to perform due diligence during onboarding with experience in conducting KYC for corporate entities (e.g Banking Financial Institutions, / Non-Banking Financial Institutions (NBFI), Funds, SMEs, Government Entities)
• Solid understanding of MAS’ AML/CFT regulatory requirements
