Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in reviewing and verifying GST compliance (billing related only) and accuracy.
• Follow up with customers on overdue payments and outstanding invoices.
• Participate in AR aging meetings with key stakeholders, providing support in data preparation and analysis.
• Cross-check audit confirmations with data in the accounting system to ensure consistency.
• Assist in preparing the monthly profit & loss breakdown by department for internal reporting.
• Provide support in the preparation of balance sheet presentation slides for management review.
• Review and approve balance sheet schedules, ensuring long-standing items are followed up and resolved.
• Review and approve journal entries to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Perform weekly payment checks, ensuring timely and accurate disbursements.
• Support various ad-hoc tasks and duties as assigned by the finance team.

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree/Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

• Provide support to incoming sales from generating quotation/ order to delivery order/invoices.
• Maintain stock level for specific product range and order parts from Principals/ Suppliers.

• Assist in debt collection.

Responsibilities

• The WSHO is responsible for overseeing and carrying out all works relating to the Safety, Health and Environmental matters in the project.
• Liaise closely with the Project Managers on workplace safety, health and environmental issues to maintain a high level of safety at the sites
• Ensure overall compliance and good procedures/ practices in statutory environmental and health requirements at project site and requirement premises at all time
• Conduct regular site inspections and follow-up actions to ensure environmental compliance
• Preparation and submission of reports
• Ensure safe work procedures implemented to control risk.

Requirements

• Registered with MOM as WSHO, ECO
• At least 5 years of experience as a WSH Officer with LTA projects
• Good knowledge of WSH Act and other WSH related compliance
• Must possess a WSQ Specialist Diploma in Safety & Health, or relevant degree

This is a temporary hourly-rated position attached to a Community Club in the West. Location: Jurong area

Duration: 1 year

Job Scope

– Answer enquiries from members of the public, actively promote and market CC activities, courses and events available at the CC to customers and to attract new customers to the CC.
– Work with the CC team to support CC services and manage CC customers.
– Provide administrative support to the Constituency Office (CO) and Grassroots Organisations (GROs).
– Initiate and implement activities, programmes and services to meet the needs of the community at the CCs and RCs.
– Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisors.
