Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete spectrum of Accounts Receivable.
• Ensure thorough documentation of all transactions.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of Goods Return Note.
• Reconcile Customer Collections with Bank Ledgers.
• Monitor monthly/weekly Debtors aging.
• Prepare monthly cash flow forecasts for Accounts Receivable.
• Prepare monthly and year-end Balance Sheet schedules.
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors.
• Send out Statement of Accounts to customers and address their inquiries promptly.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Accounting.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting and finance.
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Only Singaporeans.

Job Description:

• Work closely with the Residence Manager and provide courteous services to guests and responds efficiently and tactfully to guests’ complaints, requests, and enquiries.
• Provide courteous and efficient service.
• Ensure that all telephone calls are handled promptly within three rings.
• Handle cashiering functions and adhere to the residence’s Standard Policies & Procedures.
• Maintain good guest relations with in-house guests at all times. Project a courteous and hospitable attitude at all times.
• Take ownership of problems, handle guest complaints promptly according to established procedures and then report to supervisor for further follow up when necessary. Glitch reports are to be written when necessary.
• Ensure guest room security, emergency, and fire procedures; encourage the use of Safe Deposit boxes (El-Safe) and adhere to policies & procedures for their use.
• Be familiar with SR facilities and functions as well as major city attractions and events; provide guests with accurate information as requested. Ensure a professional and courteous working relationship and maintain an effective flow of communication with all hotel personnel.
• Maintain a well-groomed appearance and a tidy work area and keep Personal Grooming at the highest standard.

Job Requirements:

• O-Level or equivalent
• Willing to perform rotating shifts
• Positive attitude with outgoing personality and good communication skills
• Experience in hospitality and knowledge of HMS will be advantageous

• Perform review and Master Asset Tree tagging of the contract breakdown related to construction, additions & alteration works and common costs of development project for cost allocation and asset capitalisation purpose.
• Facilitate in retrieval of supporting documents and seek clarification on the contracts from multiple parties (e.g, Development Contracts & Cost Control team, CE Planning, Design & Control team as well as Project Management team) so to understand nature of contract works and perform review and tagging accurately.
• Coordinate and assist in the annual fixed asset sighting exercise to ensure existence and completeness of asset sighting. This includes liaising with the different asset controllers to identify the assets; assist in updating the changes to asset details; and perform actual asset sighting with asset controllers for samples selected.
• Assist in day to day operation duties and month/year-end closing and reporting activities.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification.
• 1 year of relevant experience.
• Experience in SAP will be advantageous.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and able to engage stakeholders.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
