Responsibilities:

• Coordinate month-end closing with the outsourced Shared Service Centre.
• Perform daily accounting duties for both Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
• Manage inter-company transactions and conduct accounts reconciliation.
• Prepare monthly financial schedules and reports.
• Generate weekly/monthly cash flow forecasts.
• Oversee inventory control and management.
• Assist in periodic stock take and maintain the Fixed Asset Register.
• Support year-end audit and tax computation processes.
• Handle ad-hoc projects/tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in accountancy with LCCI or related accounting knowledge.
• Minimum of 1/2 years of relevant working experience in commercial sectors.
• F&B experience is highly advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with a positive attitude.
• Capable of meeting reporting deadlines and working under pressure.
• Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Good knowledge of Dynamics NAV is advantageous.
• Candidates with more experience and qualifications will be considered for the Senior Accounts Executive position.
