Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely updates to the stakeholders and the relevant Town Council with the ongoing progress of site development
• Manage all correspondences with LTA/QPS/Subcontractor
• Ensure the full spectrum of letters/documents is in place and all documents are updated promptly
• Ensure all feedback from stakeholders is addressed immediately and reply to stakeholders immediately on what measures will be taken
• Submit monthly PRO report to LTA and Planner for inclusion into the monthly report

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in MRT projects
• A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to interact well with people at all levels

· Preparation of Balance Sheet Schedule & Bank Reconciliation on a monthly basis

· Prepare Common Expense Agreements (yearly) and send to respective entities

· Posting of monthly reversal, accrual & prepayment

· Preparation of Fixed Assets Schedule and ROU & Lease Liabilities (FRS116)

· Posting of monthly payroll

· Update monthly netting request, debtor ageing and report in monthly finance meeting

· record invoices received from Vendors on a timely and accurate basis

· To issue monthly invoices and miscellaneous invoices

· To update foreign exchange rates in AXIS system on a monthly basis

· Petty Cash Disbursements and Booking of Staff Claims

· To update, prepare and send statement of account, follow up on pending items

· To do monthly settlement

· Compile & send monthly Netting Request from respective branches

· Adhoc work related general accounting

· Prepare summary of Non-Operating List from respective branches

· Monthly General Ledger (Prepayment + Income Tax + Bonus)

· Assist in Internal & External audit

The Talent:

· Diploma in Accountancy

· Familiar with basic accounting principles

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software as well as other accounting software

Client Engagement & Development

• To meaningfully engage, teach, train, supervise, maintain and develop the functioning level of clients to function adequately and independently in the following areas:

Client/Trainee Management & Development

• Formulate and implement Individual Learning Programme (ILP) through professional assessment
• Engage in continuous assessment, training and evaluation of trainees’ holistic development
• Plan and Implement appropriate group activities
• Plan, implement and monitor trainees’ security and safety procedures

 Support Allied Health Professionals

• Monitor and implement programmes designed by Allied Health Professionals in the area of health fitness & wellness programme, motivational & behaviour management plans as well as sensory awareness
• Communicate critical information to Social Worker and Centre Manager

 Administrative & Operations

• Support unit operational and logistics management
• Ensure centre/trainees safety and security
• Update of  clients’/trainee’s daily attendance and participation in activities, events and programmes in various client management system platforms
• Engage in caregiver dialogue sessions, home visits and maintain good rapport and communication with parents / caregivers
• Attend staff meeting and training as required

 Event Management

Staff will be assigned to oversee at least one of the following duties and will provide assistance to the other staff when required:

Reporting to the Condominium Manager/ Site Manager, you will assist in the day to day operations matters within the estate.

Job Responsibilities:

· Fully responsible for the day to day operation of the building / condominium

· Coordinate all maintenance and administrative staff assigned to the building / condominium

· Carry out all maintenance functions to the highest standard expected for the client and the subsidiary proprietors

· Coordinate personnel of providing maintenance, finance, security, fire safety and car park management

· Ensure all contract works/ routine servicing are carried out accordingly as specified in their contract agreements.

· Review all contracts, agreements and insurance before their expiry and recommend renewal or call for quotation / tender

· Co-ordinate council meetings and Annual General Meetings
