• To monitor all variations works as instructed or approved by consultant team.
• To attend site progress meetings/technical meetings/consultants’ meetings.
• To attend to contractor’s queries and co-ordinate works of main contractor and direct contractors.
• To inspect completed works and ensure works are carried out in accordance to statutory requirements
• To undertake any other duties related to the project including supervision of M&E works as and when instructed by the consultant team.
• To compile relevant equipment, material, inspection and test certificates submitted by the contractors and pass them to the DM as required for the project records and the clients’ hand-over package.
• To compile Punch List or Defect List with the contractors and ensure that the contractors carry out rectification work diligently to clear all defects during the Maintenance Period.
• To witness all the inspection, testing and commissioning sessions performed by the subcontractors to ensure compliance with designs and specifications.

• Preparing financial reporting package to Head Office
• Preparing forecasting and budgeting exercise as per corporate guidelines
• Coordinate and liaise with Head Office internal auditor and external parties like external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial agents, local tax and government authorities where required
• Support and ensure compliance with all finance filing requirements, tax filing requirement (GST/WHT/Corporate tax), audits, procedures, and forms both statutory and internal
• Assist in new processes and system implementation when required
• Involve in fixed asset and inventory physical checking
• Weekly Forex booking, record data during issue of PO and dealing with Forex contract
• Arranging for monthly payment payable to vendors and staff
• Issuing of Purchase Order
• Other General Administrative duties assigned

The Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting or related equivalent
• Knowledge in full set of Accounts
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Account Payable
• Strong financial competency, analytical & problem-solving skills
• Prior experience in an MNC environment would be advantageous
• Must be able to join immediately

JOB DESCRIPTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Responsible for full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL)

· Perform accurate data entry to the computerized accounting system

· Process suppliers’ payments, verify documents (invoices / DO) are in order, prepare payment voucher, issue cheque and TT transactions.

· Follow up on Customers’ outstanding

· Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts, including creditors/suppliers, inter-company transactions and bank.

· Month-end accounts closing and reporting to HQ

· Monthly Payroll and CPF Submission (including staff claims)

· Quarterly GST submission

· Yearly AIS submission, ECI filing, assist tax agent on corporate tax filing, support external auditor during annual audit process.

· Assist with the preparation of the annual budget and forecasts

· Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations

· Handle human resource functions i.e.: recruitment and on-boarding, apply/renewal of work pass

· Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

. Required min. 2-3 years experiences in handling full set accounts

. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, knowledge of MYOB preferred

. Independent and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines with minimal supervision

· Good working attitude, positive and responsible

· Ability to deal with sensitive information with discretion and to always maintain confidentiality

. Able to start immediately
