Client & NOK Engagement Related Scope

• Attend team meetings to discuss and follow up on administrative care referrals for clients where necessary.
• Liaise with external organisations that provide services to meet clients’ and their families’ needs, and refer them to community support organisations if necessary.
• Assist Social Worker to follow up with clients and family members who requires financial assistance.

Administration / Operation

• Participate as part of the administration team to conduct client’s pre-admission, admission and discharge.
• Conduct intake assessment including basic financial counselling and service agreement.
• Establish and confirm source of social facts shown in the social background of all new clients.
• Support Medifund administration and applications in collaborations with Finance and Social Woker.
• Support and work closely with Finance to manage arrears.
• Provide day to day coordination roles and duties between NOKs and Centre.
• Maintain and upkeep administrative documentation of all clients including filing, tracking and updating where necessary.
• Maintain and upkeep Centre’s databases
• Manage and update data into relevant system such as IRMS, ILTC and NMTS.

Job Description

A Research Assistant position is available NUS Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, National University of Singapore. The job entails work in a laboratory, clinical and involves administrative duties.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Contribute to DSRB/IRB application process, support ethics and regulatory related administrative work including DSRB/IRB and HSA applications
2. Coordinate training requirements and documentation
3. Ensure study file set up, documentation and maintenance, including investigator files and logs
4. Conduct subject pre-screening, assist with informed consent, adverse event reporting, and follow-up activities with regulatory bodies
5. Coordinate subject visits and manage study execution, including collection of study questionnaires, measurement of physiology parameters, and collection of non-invasive images
6. Maintain study database.
7. Monitor studies ensuring compliance with institutional guidelines, HBRA, and GCP.
8. Assist with study closure including archiving of study records (medical records, study documents, investigator files, subject files etc.), post-study audits/ inspections and monitoring.
9. Participate and present updates in study related meetings.
10. Take minutes of meetings for vetting.
11. Generate study progress reports as required.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist the Producer and Executive Producer in all pre-production, production and post-production matters.
• Assist in liaison work with internal production units and external companies.
• Work with the production team to prepare/break down the finalized scripts for production. This includes arranging/scheduling and attending production meetings, location scouting, audition/casting meetings, set design meetings and script reads/rehearsals with the talents.
• Assist the producer on location/in studio during production with regards to crew, cast or crowd control. Requisition for props and costumes. Ensure that all props and costumes are ready for actual filming.
• Ensure there is continuity of costumes and props during production.
• Help with all duties/follow up for post-production which includes dialogue dubbing, VFX, roller credits etc.

• ‘A' Levels or Diploma in Media related studies.
