The appointee will assist the project leader with the following:

1. oversee the general management and assist in the administrative and secretarial support to project (e.g. organizing regular research meetings, meeting minutes recording);
2. assist in literature review and manuscript preparation;
3. conduct literature searches, using SPSS to enter data, analyze data and maintain trial databases, as well as assist in preparing both progress and final reports of the projects;
4. undertake the day to day running of the project at the study site (such as assist in ethical application and amendment, recruitment, provision of intervention, and data collection in study sites);
5. maintain the highest standard of professional conduct and record keeping in accordance with policies and procedures;
6. work on other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

The applicant should:

1. have a degree in nursing/psychology/public health or related disciplines;
2. experience working with research project management or having a honors degree will be preferred;
3. experience in conducting interventional research;
4. be able to work independently and with a team, have an investigative nature and attention to detail;
5. have knowledge of computer applications (such as SPSS and MS Office, PowerPoint); and
6. have good communication skills with patients and colleagues, and fluency in English.

Remuneration will be commensurate with the candidate’s qualifications and experience. Preference will be given to those with previous experience in project management and interventional research.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience, a diploma in a relevant field, and preferably, experience with SAP or other ERP software. This role also involves supporting the Sales Support team and handling import/export documentation.

Job Description:

· Attend to import and export shipment process and documentation preparation

· Daily tracking of export shipments and coordination with service providers

· Knowledge of shipping, custom-related issues, port operations, and permit declaration.

· Liaising closely with various forwarders for shipment confirmation and shipment arrangements

· Follow up and advise customers on shipment status

· Able to assist retail department preparing invoice and DO for daily delivery

· Input data and generate reports for retail department

· Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

· 'O' Level or above, or equivalent

Job Responsibilities:

• Liaise with the Main contractors, Site Supervisor on the planning and progress of M&E works to meet the project schedule.
• Supervise M&E works to ensure it adhere to specifications, are completed on schedule, within budget and accurately documented.
• Undertake ad-hoc duties as assigned to support operational need and project requirements.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Construction Engineering / related field.
• Knowledge in design and building project of M&E works and relevant code of pratice.
• Willing to work on-site.
• 5.5days work a week. (Shift work might be required during critical phase).

Job scope:

1. Assist mechanical and electrical engineers for system assembly, installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
