• Perform office admin and general administrative duties such as maintaining of office supplies, air ticket purchase, accommodation and transportation arrangement
• Monitor and follow up on staffs’ probation, confirmation, appraisal or promotion

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR and administration or a related field.
• Minimum diploma/degree in HR or Business Administration
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, office management, and administrative duties.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements:

• Diploma education and above.

• Effectively bilingual in English and Chinese in order to liaise with multilingual speaking parents and students.
• Team player, meticulous and organised.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
