Job Description:

• Provide general support in the warehouse, including tasks such as preparation of empty containers for waste collection, pick-up, loading, and unloading of chemicals.
• Responsibilities include receiving, issuing, and conducting stocktake of materials and inventory.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as Laboratory, Fleet, Pre-treatment, and Operation, to handle receipt, repackaging, bulking, and tagging of chemicals.
• Maintain cleanliness and ensure optimal space management within the warehouse is emphasised.
• Accurate inventory management is a key responsibility.
• Assist the warehouse supervisor in daily functions, report preparation, inventory updates, and maintenance scheduling is expected.
• Flexibility is required as the employee may be assigned additional tasks by management.
• Any other task assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

• An ITE Certificate, preferably in Chemical Logistics, or a high school diploma with a minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
• Knowledge of SCDF/NEA/SPDF rules and regulations for storing hazardous chemicals is important.
• Proficiency in performing warehousing operations is expected.
• Possessing a forklift license is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems such as Hazmat is beneficial.
• The candidate should demonstrate a commitment to environment, health, and safety (EHS) and actively contribute to safety improvements and cultivating a safety culture in the workplace.

Successful candidate will be working in the main office located at 15 Tuas View Circuit Singapore 636968. Company transport is provided.

Requirements:

Responsibilities:

a. Perform sales functions as follows:

1. Identify potential customers with precious metal refining requirement from the following industry but not limited to, Oil and Gas / Chemical Industry / Aviation / Semiconductor/Pharmaceutical.
2. Prepare proposals and negotiate the best deal on behalf of the company through close follow-up with potential customers to obtain feedback on the status of quotations, competitors’ response, decision-maker’s intention and any other relevant information affecting the outcome of the proposal
3. Communicate with customers on metal pricing and transfer requirements
4. To monitor precious metal price updates and customer job status and work closely with relevant departments to ensure high customer satisfaction and smooth operations within the company

b. Work with Customer Service to maintain Customer Database with inputs such as name, designation, company, address, telephone and facsimile numbers and e-mail address, etc

c. Assist Senior Manager to maintain/improve the Customer Care Program by monitoring customer satisfaction, addressing customer complaints, and responding appropriately to any changes in customer’s personnel, equipment, processes, materials used and business strategy

d. Support market intelligence by gathering information on customers, prospects, competitors, new entrants, price, market situation and trends in the various segments, influence groups & stakeholders, service offering and substitutes

Requirements

· Diploma / Degree in business or chemical engineering field etc

· Experience in handling Asia market plus METAL industries

· Proven track record in key account management

· Proven ability to pitch and negotiate

· Self-driven and agile to adapt.

· Overseas traveling will be required

Remuneration:

· Salary: $3,000 - $4,000 (Sales Exec), $4,000 - $5,000 (Asst Manager)

· Attractive incentive scheme (up to $5,000 per quarter)

· Working hours: Monday to Friday (8.30am – 5pm)

· Must possess own transport

· Fixed transport Allowance: S$600 (fixed)

· Vehicle expenses reimbursement: S$500 (based on receipt / bill, ie: petrol / carpark / ERP)

· HP reimbursement: S$200 (based on receipt / bill)

Responsibilities:

• Perform assembly builds
• Ensure assembly builds are completed as scheduled and according to required specifications, drawings and work instruction.
• Work with engineers to conduct experiments
• Report manufacturing problems and assist in problem-solving and troubleshooting.
• Perform housekeeping and comply with manufacturing discipline and cleanroom protocol.
• Other ad-hoc duties

Requirements:

• Min NITEC/ Higher Nitec or Diploma in Engineering or its equivalent
• Able to comprehend schematic / mechanical drawing
• Able to commit rotating shifts
