• Inform the team on updates to systems
• Maintain records of system down-time and reporting to relevant stakeholders
• Participate in UATs for system upgrades
• Print copies of mails, provide statements and advices upon requests
• Processed returned mails and following up for instructions for re-mailing and/or blocking of accounts
• Assist with ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in any relevant disciplines
• Proficient in MS Office
