Job Description
1. Assess customers’ needs and provide assistance and information on product features
2. Welcome customers to the store and answer their queries
3. Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas
4. Actively seek out customers in-store and handle cashier, payment
5. Remain knowledgeable on products offered and product promotion
6. Process POS (point of sale) purchases/Cashiering
7. Handle returns of merchandise
8. Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service
9. Comply with inventory control procedures (weekly and yearend inventory)
10. Help in picking for Online orders
11. Do other task as assigned by Management
