Job Description

(a) Photocopy, laminate, bind, shred documents;

(b) Monitor and ensure adequate supplies in Printing Room, such as:

- Toner, staples, paper, laminating films, binding rings.

- Request forms and stationery for staff use;

(c) Maintain the Printing Room in a neat and clean condition;

(d) Attend to photocopier breakdowns in staff rooms

To check the cause of breakdowns before calling the serviceman;

(e) To liaise with vendors on the maintenance schedule and repairing of photocopier machines; and

(f) Any other administration duties as assigned by school e.g. sort/ distribute and file documents, cover walk-ins/ calls

You will need: -

• At least 2 year of relevant working experience as Process Technician (chemical background)
• NITEC in Chemical Engineering or Equivalent
