6. Install various access control devices.

8. Install various CCTV camera types both Analog & Digital IP systems
9. Install & Program DVR Recording Units
10. Install cable pathway systems (cable trays, cable racks, J-hooks or D-rings).
11. Install, terminate, test, label and document horizontal, backbone and other cables.
12. Dress and route cable into closets and control rooms.
13. Firestop various types of cable penetrations.
14. Perform other duties as required.
15. Willingness to work Days, Nights & Weekends as required.
16. Willing to work in tight, confined areas.
17. Ability to carry heavy loads as needed.
18. Carry and climb ladders as needed.
19. Maintain a safety conscious work environment.
20. Maintain reliable transportation to get to and from the jobsites.
21. Valid driver’s license is a must.

Responsibilities:

• Provide full spectrum of secretarial support to Director
• Conduct market research and organizational activities on behalf of Director
• Assist in business oriented matters
• Perform vendor negotiation activities for business needs
• In charge of all private and confidential materials of the organization and Director
• Schedule internal/external conference meetings and company events
• Manage virtual platforms and social media account
• Attend to personal matters for Director and family
• Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned
