· Experience in an accounting role or a customer fronting role will be a plus

· Certificate in Accounting is advantageous.

Job Description

• Handle full set of accounts.
• Prepare GST report submission and bank reconciliation.
• Liaise with external auditors, clients and internal staff.
• Responsible for month-end closing for multiple entities.
• Preparation of monthly financial report, including assurance of accurate and timely results.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Finance/Accounting or relevant Professional Accounting Qualification.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in this role.
• Able to work independently while maintaining a strong team spirit
• Possess initiative and able to organize and prioritize work
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Knowledge in QuickBook will be advantageous
