We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architectural Assistant - Draftsman to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in architectural drafting, with a strong focus on authority submissions. This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent drafting skills, and a thorough understanding of building regulations and authority requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Drafting and Design:

• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, and schematics using CAD software.
• Develop and produce high-quality technical drawings for various phases of projects including concept, design development, and construction documentation.
• Collaborate with architects and other team members to develop design solutions.

Authority Submissions:

• Prepare and coordinate submission packages for authority approvals.

Project Coordination:

• Assist in the coordination of project activities, ensuring timely delivery of documents and drawings.

Quality Control:

• Review and check drawings for accuracy and compliance with project specifications.
• Maintain drawing records and ensure proper documentation and filing of all project-related documents.

Requirements

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field from a recognized institution.
• Additional certification or training in drafting and CAD software is a plus.

Experience:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in architectural drafting, specifically in detailing preparation and preparing authority submissions.
• Proven experience in using CAD software (AutoCAD, ArchiCad, SketchUp).

Skills and Competencies:
