Job Description

• Appointment booking, phone calls, emails and payments
• Maintain the hygiene and cleanliness of the whole clinic
• Maintain patients’ records properly and confidentially
• Handle admin insurance paper work
• Liaise with labs and vendors/ suppliers
• Dispense medication/dental products, oral hygiene advice, retainer instructions, Invisalign instructions, braces instructions, surgical braces instructions etc
