• Manage the bus shelter/road assets inventory including campaign updating, scheduling of campaigns, occupancy, etc.
• Work collaboratively across all departments to ensure smooth operation.
• Liaise with vendor for campaign installation and removal.
• Manage and checking of proof of posting.
• Coordinate client viewing.
• Manage monthly reports.
• Establish documentation and paperwork.
• Provide operational assistance to the team when required.

Requirements

• Possess a minimum of GCE “A” levels or Diploma.
• Relevant experience in administrative work is preferred.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Possess a pleasant personality and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn, with a curious and driven mindset
• Organized, meticulous with the ability to multi-task and follow-through
• Possess good spoken and written communication skills and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Have a strong drive for work excellence and enjoy challenges while working within tight deadlines and under pressure
