Requirements:

• At least 2-3 years of relevant working experience; knowledge and experience in mental health / community care / healthcare sector; relevant experience working with mental health conditions, dementia and caregiving will be advantageous.
• High proficiency in written and spoken English; able to speak in mandarin and/or dialects would be essential for engagement with clients.
• Passionate to work with clients with mental health conditions and caregivers.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities with individuals and systems at multi-levels.
• Good analytical and assessment skills.

Job scope:

• Ensure timeliness and accuracy of month end closing.
• Perform daily accounting duties which include data entries into the accounting system.
• Reconcile monthly intercompany balances and transactions.
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations.
