Job Purpose

The Assistant Bar Manager shall assist in planning, organizing and giving direction of the lounge operation. He/she will provide administrative support, contribute to marketing and delivering each promotion of the outlet. The Assistant Bar Manager is responsible and accountable for its profitability, revenue generation and creating WOW experiences.

Outlet Operation

· Conduct departmental daily briefings to ensure that all pertinent information is well received by team members

· Supervise team members to ensure that all tasks assigned/required in the outlet are carried out on time and according to instruction and departmental standards

· Build a good relationship with guests or regular patrons. Try to remember individual patron’s names and their preferences to extend a personalized service

· Handle guests’ complaints and comments tactfully and efficiently

· Handle all administration work pertaining to cashier/bar operations requirement and company’s policies

· Maintain department communication logbook and updated notice board

· Check the supply of equipment/stock level and ensure that there is no shortage of items which have impact on the operation and guests

· Check the outlet/back of the house cleanliness to ensure that it is in compliant with F&B sanitation and hygiene rules and regulations

· Maintain complete knowledge of all food & beverage services, contents & preparation methods, outlets and hotel services/features

· Ensure that LQA Standards, health, safety and security procedures are in place in the outlet

· Attend all briefings, meetings and trainings as assigned by management

· Perform proper handover and communication to the next shift

· Assist other food & beverage outlets with their operations during peak times or when required

Duties of Digital Marketing Assistant Manager:

• Drive the company's digital growth within the marketing strategy, ensuring alignment.

• Analyze campaign performance and report on goals from impressions to sales.

• Lead digital marketing efforts, sharing expertise with the team.
• Assess the customer experience across all digital touchpoints.
• Work with internal teams, agencies, and vendors.
• Stay abreast of and advise on emerging technologies.

Requirements:

• Diploma holder with 5 years of digital marketing experience
• Able to communicate in both English and Chinese to communicate with Chinese counterpart
• Experience in using Social Media Platform like Xiao Hong Shu, Dou Yin, wechat and etc
• Good presentation and interpersonal skills
• Familiar with SEO, SEM and Google Search Engine

Job Description:

• To provide sales administrative support to the Sales Team.
• Handle confidential information and documents
• Assist in the preparation and processing of quotations, sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
• Ensure timely reporting from the departments.
• Handle phone and email enquiries, ensuring timely responses
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth sales operations.
• Maintain good filing, photocopying, scanning documents & proper records of documents and correspondences.
• Maintain accurate records of sales data and update customer information.
• Provide administrative support and undertake additional tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Possess Diploma or possess equivalent experience
• At least 3 years of relevant sales administration experience
• Able to multi-task with good time management

• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge in Google Workspace is advantageous.
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and assist in the preparation of related journal entries.
• Issue sales invoices, ensuring their accuracy and compliance with the requirements.
• Assist AR Accountant in recognizing sales revenue accurately, ensuring compliance with company accounting policies.
• Verify internal accounts receivable against customer payments to ensure data accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain a comprehensive ledger of accounts receivable, recording detailed information for each receivable such as customer name, invoice number, amount, aging, and payment status.
• Conduct regular account reconciliations with customers to ensure the accuracy of accounts receivable balances, promptly resolve any discrepancies identified, and archive relevant reconciliation documents.
• Any other Ad Hoc AR related duties as requested.
