Reporting to Senior Manager/Assistant Director of Learning and Development, Employee Awards, Engagement, and Wellness, the HR Admin Assistant provides full administrative support to foster a culture of continuous learning, employee recognition, and overall well-being within ECON Healthcare Group.
Key Responsibilities
Learning and Development
- Provide admin support for all in-house training conducted by nursing and rehab. This would include keeping of training records and others as required.
- Provide end-to-end administrative support in training sponsorship for both ad-hoc courses, inhouse training, AIC organised courses, and upgrading/formal training programmes.
- Administer sponsorship undertaking, bonds and deeds for upgrading/formal courses.
- Assist in managing the ECON Careskills Training Centre to deliver high-quality training and development initiatives.
- Support the identification and application of government training-related funding, including programmes from the Ministry of Health (MOH) and Agency for Integrated Care (AIC).
- Administer internship programmes and develop partnerships with educational institutions to create a pipeline of talent.
- Assist in the Career Conversion Scheme and Return to Nursing Programmes to facilitate career transitions and support workforce development.
- Administer Orientation Programmes.
Employee Awards and Engagement
- Provide administrative support in developing and overseeing employee recognition programmes that celebrate achievements and contributions to the organization.
- Assist in conducting employee engagement surveys, including the Employee Climate Survey, to assess staff morale and identify areas for improvement.
- Support the analysis of survey results and recommend targeted strategies to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Foster a positive work environment through initiatives that promote teamwork, collaboration, and employee satisfaction.
Wellness Programmes
- Provide administrative support in designing and implementing comprehensive wellness programs that address physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to enhance offerings related to employee health and wellness.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in HR, Learning and Development, Employee Engagement, or Wellness programmes.
- Diploma in Business Admin or a related field.
- Good interpersonal and communication engaging stakeholders across all levels of the organisation.
- Good planning and organising skills.
- Meticulous with attention to details.
- Familiar with MS Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel and outlook).
- Proactive and innovative mindset with a passion for promoting a culture of continuous learning and employee well-being.
