Job Scope:

• Manage customer enquiries through telephone, email and social media support
• Provide before and after sales service and consultation to all potential customers
• Prepare quotations, invoice generation and payment collections
• Supports daily operations from time to time
• Other adhoc duties as assigned by superior

Part-time Salary: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour

-Prepare necessary documents for AGM, EGM, resolution, striking off, XBRL etc
-e-submission of return to ACRA and IRAS
-Any other Corporate Secretarial duties

Requirement

-MAICSA/SAICSA candidate or currently pursuing MAISCA/SAICSA
-Possess a degree in corporate administration or any equivalent
-good understanding of all aspects of corporate secretarial practices such as Companies Act
-Proactive, responsible, and able to adhere to tight deadlines

-Candidates fluent in English and Mandarin are preferred as the role requires candidates to deal with International and Chinese-speaking clients.
