Beauty Leadership Trainee – Future Branch Manager & Trainer Path

Role Responsibilities:

• Treatment Services: Perform specialized beauty treatments including scar and stretch mark repair, Pink Glow treatment, lash lift, and teeth whitening for clients.
• Client Care: Provide simple reception services to ensure clients feel welcomed and comfortable.

Job Responsibilities:

• Taking over from Customer Service (“CS”) department the invoicing function
• Coordinate with CS department in getting relevant info and supporting for invoicing and ensure timely billing to customer
• Collect customer cheques from Admin and prepare bank in slips
• Update cash book balances and AR report
• Process AR receipts by matching customer payment with sales invoices
• Follow up with customer for any over/under payment
• Follow up with customers for overdue invoices
• Prepare intercompany invoice
• Prepare and post receipts journal in ERP system
• Generate / send debtors’ monthly statements of account
• Monitoring of accounts receivable movement and updating the Sales department on long overdue accounts
• Filing of invoices and AR receipts
• Input all AR receipts for the month into accounting database-AR module
• Post transactions to the GL module after entries have been reviewed
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• At least Nitec or accounting certificate and above with 1 year of relevant experience
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel

• Coordinate crew changes, monitor schedules, and ensure timely and efficient crew rotations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date crew records and databases, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with managed vessels, manning agencies, and other stakeholders on marine personnel-related operational matters.
• Verify and ensure all certifications and documentation are accurate and current.
• Maintain crew appraisal reports and handle matters related to P&I.
• Verify and process invoices received for marine personnel-related services.
• Provide administrative support to the marine personnel team, including preparing reports and handling correspondence.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Maritime Studies or equivalent 'A' Level education.
• Experienced in multi-national crewing, with knowledge of STCW requirements and international rules and regulations relating to crewing, with at least 2 years of relevant experience in similar capacity.
• Good knowledge of flag requirements and other statutory requirements for seafarers.
• Able to work with minimum supervision.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Some sea going experience as an Officer is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Ensure matching procedure is in place for payments processing purposes
• Resolve all invoices discrepancies and respond to enquiries on payment status
• Monitor and prioritize invoices for urgent payments
• Ensure proper and timely settlement of all invoices from vendors.
• Ensure all fully paid invoices/documents are clearly marked as paid and filed in an orderly manner within the accounting system.
• In charge of month end posting for all payment entries
• Perform bank reconciliation after passing adjustment journal entry in system cash book
• Assist in preparation of audit schedules
• Compile all the Import clearance permits for GST filing purposes
• Filling and keeping proper records of the payment documents
• Process staff claim
• Confirm and record all intercompany transactions and balances with the subsidiaries in the group accurately
• Train new staff in the AP process and operation flow
• Carrying out of ad-hoc tasks assigned
• Assist the Finance Manager and team in any ad hoc requirements or projects
• Assist in yearly stock take

Job Requirements

• Minimum a Higher Nitec/Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
• 2-3 year of experience in Accounts payable
• Able to read, write and communicate in English
• Good in Microsoft Office
