1. To be responsible for all routine clerical duties such as attending telephone calls, typing, emailing, faxing, filing, and photocopying etc.
2. Recruitment of staffs and workers, post advertisements on job portals, liaise with recruitment agencies.
3. Calculation of workers salary and prepare payslips
4. Checking and verification of tax invoices.
5. Prepare letters/contracts for employee’s appointment, confirmation, promotion, transfer and other HR related letters.
6. Handle MOM Work Pass related matters including Work Pass & S Pass application, renewal, transfer and cancellation and update of foreign workers’ particulars.
7. Submit MOM Survey.
8. Vehicle insurance renewal, road tax and inspection and servicing of Lorries and monitor Fuel Cards.
9. Dormitory – check in / out – renewal of Contracts and Catering.
10. Ordering of stationery and pantry items.
11. Arranging training courses.
12. Arrange for Servicing of Aircon, Copiers machine.
13. Monitor Sim cards / Hp Renewal.
14. Update and maintain updated workers list and staff Leave.
15. Prepare and submit other statutory board HR-related surveys.
16. Handle staffs & workers Medical Insurances & and work injuries claim matters.
17. Provide response to employee’s enquires.
18. Provide support on HR initiatives and in any HR project implementation assigned by Director and General Manager.
19. Other ad-hoc duties as assigned and additional duties similar to above for affiliated companies as instructed by Director or General Manager
