Job Scope:

As a Receptionist cum Admin Staff, you will perform frontline reception duties and support the Administration Team in the smooth running of operations within the school.

The duties will include as follows:

1) Providing good frontline customer service – including handling enquiries (calls or in-person) and rendering assistance to students and staff;

2) Management and compilation of data and drafting of simple correspondences;

3) Collection and verification of documents;

4) General office administrative duties & ad-hoc logistics and operational support; and

5) Other general duties or projects assigned by the school.

Requirements:

Expereinced in frontdesk reception duties and administrative support

Experienced in handling phone call enquiries

Team player

Working Hours:

Mondays to Thursday: 8.30am to 6.00pm

Fridays: 9.00am to 6.00pm

Contract Period and Salary:

1 Dec 2024 to 28 Feb 2025 - $2390/mth

1 Mar 2025 to 28 Feb 2026 - $2580/mth

• Ensure the office environment supports productivity and complies with safety regulations.
• Ensure compliance with all labor laws, health and safety standards, and internal policies.
• Prepare and present HR reports on workforce trends, turnover rates, and other key metrics to senior management.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is an advantage
