About This Role:-

What the role is

The Carbon Mitigation Division (CMD) administers the Energy Conservation Act and the Carbon Pricing Act to mitigate greenhouse gas emissions from the industry and household sectors. • Update invoice files and post transactions to Purchase Ledger/General Ledger.

• Monthly revaluation of foreign currency payables.

• Check and ensure all the expense/travel claims are according to the policy and with proper authorisation.

• Process weekly and monthly payments for staff claims and local suppliers by generating the csv file for upload to bank.

• Prepare monthly payment proposal for foreign suppliers and coding of accounting entries for payment made.
