- Working hours: Monday - Friday (8:30 am - 5:30 pm)
- Salary: Basic up to $3800 (VB + Flexi benefit)
Adecco has entered into a collaboration with a key player in the freight forwarding industry, providing global freight services. The individual in this position is responsible for delivering comprehensive customer service and managing all aspects of export and import operations.
Responsibilities:
- Updating shipments into the forwarding system.
- Generating freight booking and forwarding documents (verify copy HBL/HAWB, Finalized HBL/HAWB of Lading (HBL).
- Ensuring all the security arrangements, and forwarding documents are complete and accurate through verification.
- Manage and oversee the Permit Declaration activity in collaboration with the permit declaration vendor.
- Conveying all cargo-related incidents to customer service or external brokerage house.
- Follow cargo/shipment irregularity handling procedures.
Talents:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in Freight Forwarding, Consolidation Planning and Scheduling
