HR & Admin Executive

Job Description:
ā¢ Report to HR Manager
ā¢ Provide support to all HR and administrative duties
ā¢ Coordinate and participate in the recruitment process
ā¢ Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires
ā¢ Provide support to managers and employees in performance-related matters
ā¢ Identify training needs and coordinate relevant training programs for
ā¢ employees
ā¢ Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
ā¢ Stay updated on labor laws and regulations to ensure the organization's
ā¢ practices align with legal requirements
ā¢ Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance,
ā¢ retirement plans, and other employee perks
ā¢ Assist employees with benefit-related inquiries and issues
ā¢ Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
ā¢ Handle HR administrative tasks such as documentation, contracts, and letters
ā¢ Assist in monthly payroll processing and CPF contributions
ā¢ Organize team-building activities and events
ā¢ Assist in travel bookings for the office
ā¢ Provide support in all office administrative matters
Job Requirements:
ā¢ Diploma in any relevant discipline
ā¢ 2 to 5 years of HR or administrative experience
ā¢ Salary ranges between S$3,000 to S$4,000 per month
