• Job Posting - internal & external resources, advertisement etc.
• Work with department in-charge on the hiring requests.
• Co-ordinate recruitment and selection activities, and arrange/conduct interviews for all levels.
• Prepare offer letter and any other miscellaneous letters.
• New hire on-board induction and follow up on confirmation.
• Application of training courses, training grants & follow-up on after-training evaluation.
• Apply and/or follow-up on EP/WP applications, renewal & cancellation.
• Vendor management for contract foreign employees eg. process of work passes, transport and accommodation matters.
• Handle compensation and benefits administration (eg. employee medical, transport claims etc.).
• Assist employee communication, grievances and employee counselling.
• Manage issuance of employee uniform / shoes / lockers / hand gloves / PPE.
• Sorting of incoming mails, reception support on receiving documents, answer/transfer of calls.
• Manage office stationery inventory and monthly issuance of stationery and hardware items.
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time.
