Scope:

• Coordinate within the office and with Schools/Colleges/Institutions for timely and accurate capture and processing of records arising from various academic activities according to established timelines and guidelines
• Compliance with policies and procedures.
• Checking and updating of system records, handle queries related to academic services.
• Support the processing and release of examination results and related appeals, to ensure results received according to the scheduled timeline and all appeals are properly handled.
• Ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/Degree with administrative experiences
• Meticulous and detailed
• Team player
