Qualifications:

• A good degree or diploma in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in a 360 marketing role – encompassing public relations, communications, and digital marketing, ideally within the FMCG / beauty industry.
• A genuine passion for and up-to-date knowledge of social media trends, particularly on platforms like TikTok and Instagram, with a keen interest in creating, editing short-form video content, and hosting livestreams for social video marketing.
• Strong proficiency in English (both written and spoken) required, with copywriting skills a plus.
• Familiarity with WordPress and blog content creation is ideal.
• Strong aesthetic flair, and preferably with basic skills in Adobe Illustrator, or online image-editing software such as Photopea.

This position will drive the brand's digital strategy and online growth, collaborating with the Commercial Manager to develop marketing plans, enhance customer engagement, and execute online product launches across Singapore and potential new markets in Asia Pacific. Key responsibilities include creating content for digital channels, managing partnerships, coordinating cross-functional eCommerce activities, and analyzing performance to identify growth opportunities.

In eCommerce management, this role oversees daily eStore operations, updates content, manages promotions, and develops live streaming campaigns on platforms like TikTok. Additionally, the executive will liaise with vendors to optimise the eStore experience and handle ad-hoc duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• A good degree or diploma in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience, with preferably experience in the FMCG / beauty industry.
• Prior experience in working with platforms such as Shopee, Lazada and eStore – with a proven track record in driving and growing eCommerce revenue channels.
• Familiarity with the usage of Shopify to manage eStore is a plus.

Job Scope:

• Maintain AP or AR accounts.
• Assist with General Ledger and Bank Reconciliation.
• Support the preparation of budgets and financial statements.
• Accurately generate and issue customer invoices promptly.
• Prepare Bank Reconciliation, Quarterly GST Reporting, and Monthly Cashflow Forecast.
