Job scope :
• Strategize, execute, coordinate, and oversee crew changes for designated vessels.
• Maintain communication with local and international agents regarding crew changes and related matters.
• Prepare reports and documentation for management and regulatory authorities.
• Verify, manage, and handle crew documentation and certification procedures.
• Perform ad hoc tasks as delegated.
Requirements :
· Diploma/Degree or equivalent
· PC literate and well versed in MS Office
· Marine background is an added advantage
· Proficiency in both spoken and written English. Familiarity with Mandarin is an additional advantage.
· Positive working attitude
