Calendar & Scheduling

Senior position

• Work closely with internal team for documentation and information gathering.
• Liase with various regulatory authorities and authorised representatives on requirements needed to facilitate product approval and address any deficiencies and queries.
• Support in adverse event reporting, report adverse event regulatory authorities in relevant countries within the stipulated timeline, when required.
• Participate in internal / external audits as part of the audit team (including supplier audit)
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements and changes
• Ensure post-market surveillance obligations are complied with regulations
• Any other ad-hoc assigned

Qualification Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in biological science, biological engineering, pharmacy or related field;
• 4-5 years of experience in medical device regulatory affairs with experience in FDA 510(k) or CE marking
• Familiar with relevant regulatory guidelines and standards such as ISO 13485, EU MDR 2017/745
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills;
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Must be able to handle accounts payable efficiently for holding company and subsidiaries
• Supervise and review the work performed by account staff or accounts assistant
• Handle all accounting related paperwork
• Maintain the computerized accounting system (Navision)
• Carry out approved transactions
• Verify cheques and payment to various suppliers and vendors and outlets petty cash
• Handle monthly AP reconciliation
• Able to work under pressure to meet reporting deadlines
• To assist the management on other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned
• Handle all accounting related paperwork

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking/Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Independent, analytical and have a positive working attitude
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and preferably Microsoft Dynamics Navision
• Preferably with experience working in F&B industry
• Preferably able to commence work immediately

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage all aspects of event planning, promotion and execution, including budgeting, scheduling, logistics, and team coordination.

- Lead project teams to ensure that events are delivered on time and meet or exceed client expectations.

- Inventory planning and management

- Recruitment, training, supervision, audit and appraisals of manpower

- Provision of manpower deployment schedule, admin program, progress updates, inventory daily report update, service escalation / incident report and post-mortem report on event / promotion

- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

**Requirements:**

- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

- At least 5 years of experience in project management, ideally within events or operations.

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

- Proven problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.

- Flexibility to work irregular hours and travel, as needed.
