The Challenges:

• Recruit, engage, train and manage beneficiary mums to earn flexible income in social enterprise projects and pilots.
• Manage multiple project scheduling, assessment and evaluation, especially seeing to the financial impact.
• Work closely with the Marketing & Communications Department in

• Monitor and manage the stock inventory of the social enterprise products.
• Build partnerships and engage consultation to develop training

• Conduct marketing outreach with potential media engagement.
• Ensure production timelines are met and provide event support as needed.
• Research and explore production of products for sale.
• Assist in Fundraising and other projects instructed by the Management.

What it Takes:

• Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Social Science/Services.
• Passionate about community services, in particular working with women and families.
• Good in project and people management and presentation skills.
• Good in analytical methods, procedures, and practices, and research.
• Sound knowledge in various social platform and social media engagement.
