Responsibilities

• Formulate FM schedule for soft services scope and conduct routine inspection.
• Preparation and review of QMS (as and when required).
• Responsible for the execution and compilation of all audits executed under his / her account.

Responsibilities

• Design and update job descriptions

• Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally
• Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
• Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits
• Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire
• Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events
• Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
• Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard

Requirements

• Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role
• Familiarity with resume databases
• Experience with sourcing techniques
• Understanding of referral programs
• Solid verbal and written communication skills
• Sound judgement
• Degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology or relevant fields

Job Scope

• Understand the Regulatory Capital framework and its implication on products and services.
• Provide analytical support in regulatory capital usage towards stakeholder teams and management.
• Analysis of movements from capital supply/credit risk movement/equity credit risk and work with business to increase capital efficiency.
• Ensuring that monthly balances used for credit RWA (Risk-Weighted Assets) computation aligns with Group Financial Reporting and data reflects regulatory capital requirements.
• Responsible in UAT to ensure enhancements are aligned to requirements pertaining to new products, changes in regulatory requirements and increasing operational efficiency.

Job Qualifications

• Degree in Banking & Finance/IT/Math/Accounting.
• With knowledge in wholesale or retail Credit RWA.
• Proficient in SQL and comfortable with large data volumes.
• With 3 - 6 years of relevant experience in projects in a banking environment.
• Able to work both independently and as a team-player.
• Meticulous with a hands-on approach and good analytical skill.

Student Life Team

• Mentor student clubs and international student chapters, growth and engagement of student leaders and student community
• Organise activities such as appreciation events, integration and team building events etc.
• Organise training and learning opportunities to support academic learning.
• Manage mobility applications to overseas university campus and keep records updated.

International Office (IO) Team

• Plan/ revised and implement content/briefings for new students (pre-departure to 1st 3 months in Singapore)
• Ensuring student visa are arranged and renewed on a timely manner.
• Manage vendors providing off-site services for VISA processing and meet & greet services.
• Answer student pass mailbox.

Manage administration of In and Outpatient student medical insurance

• Liaise with the Business Units to coordinate registration of students for insurance.
• Manage student enquiries on insurance update statistics.

Others

• Regular communication and update with current students through various communication channels such as social media, webpage.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as required by the company from time to time.

Requirements

• Enjoy working with youths from different cultural backgrounds.
• Relevant experience in a Private Education Industry environment would be an advantage.
• Willing to work after 6pm and weekends where needed.
