Render first level assistance to walk-in students’ needs including sick and injured students. To escalate case to other colleagues in the office immediately if it is beyond superficial cases 

Handle/support situation when students’ vomit, soiled their clothes 

Assist student in times of need, eg lost & found items, change of uniform, locating teacher/classroom/parent  Assist in receiving of goods and incoming mails 

Maintain tidiness of the Reception area at all times

General Admin 

Assist in the counting / sorting / packing / distribution of brochures or leaflets/items to the teachers and students Attend to students leaving school early 

Assist in the dissemination of information: school circulars, parents’ messages 

Manage stock of spare uniform 

Keep stock of first aid items 

Maintain the forms in the reception trays to ensure forms are current and replenished timely 

Assist in Primary One registration such as making photocopies of documents; calling parents to submit forms etc  Support any othergeneral admin duties as and when required. 

Any other duties assigned by School Leaders/HODs/AM/OM
