Requirements:

Our client is an Oil & Gas Trading company, and they are looking for hire a Shipping Operation Executive for CPP and DPP

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle vessels’ operations and monitor and update vessels movements.
• Assist with day-to-day chartering activities including fixing of group period charted vessels
• Management of P/L and calculation of the interim port and demurrage for T/C
• Liaise with vessel(s) for smooth operations and voyage optimisation
• Ensure a good understand of market practice and charter party terms for managing the costs exposures.
• Maintain accurate record of Chartering activities.
• Responsible for the Fixture Notes preparation and circulation.
• Confirmation of the compatibility for loading/ discharging port.
• Loading & Discharging operations and stowage planning

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in Maritime Studies or equivalent with minimum 2 years of experience in Tanker Operation
• Commercially focused and flexible individual
• Strong team player, and able to work independently to deliver quality output.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
