Job Description

• General Import / Export Processing Management
• Process machine and parts orders from our customers
• Handle logistics for both SMT and FA products
• Warehouse administration of stock for both SMT and FA product
• Assist with the logistics needs
• Operate with sales management system A1-stream
• Assist with exhibitions.
• Export control of machines and parts
• Support financial information from A1 stream as required
• Good communication with customers, vendors, colleague and business related.
• Assist human resource related and general affairs.
• Any other duties assigned by superior or by Company

Job Requirement

• Diploma from a recognized tertiary institution or ‘A’ levels from a recognized tertiary institution
• Min. 2-4 years of relevant working experience in similar job scope.
• Professional Business Skills: Good knowledge on incoterms, shipping taxation, import/export documents, trade compliance and inventory system
• Interpersonal & Social Skills: Receptive to working with diverse team of differing culture (internal and external)
• Computer skills: Microsoft Office (Excel, Words, PowerPoint).
