Job Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end work pass administration including but not limited application, renewal, issuance and cancellation of work passes for internal, external and outsourced workers timely.
• Maintain work pass administration record tracking and follow-up closely on all work pass transaction.
• Ensure the entire work pass administration in compliance with MOM Rules & Regulations.
• Advise and monitor all employment medical check-ups for workers.
• Liaise with MOM and clients on workers or work pass matters.
• Troubleshoot and rectify MOM application issues
• Schedule drivers for arrival of workers / medical check / courses, vaccination etc.

Additional requirements:

• Possess a basic understanding of the prevailing Singapore MOM rules & regulations

• Attend to customers on motor insurance accident claims reporting
• Liaise with respective insurance companies’ Motor Claims Department for the accurate and timely submission of accident reports and all matters relating to motor accident claims
• Follow–up with customers and insurance companies for payment of Excess on own damage claims and repair costs on third-party claims
• Manage and monitor aging reports to update management on the status of difficult cases on loss of use or settlements issues, etc.
• Administer documentation for costs, claims, and vehicle history files
• Ensure all customer issues or complaints reported are resolved and addressed promptly to ensure customer satisfaction
• As and when required, attend to all daily intakes of customers’ cars for repair and servicing professionally and quickly diagnose and provide professional advice for appropriate repairs or servicing or technical assistance
• Perform other duties as assigned by the After-sales Manager

• Provide administrative support for Events Unit;
• Assume the role of Event Lead for events;
• Assist the Event Supervisor to organise and manage events with responsibilities for all administrative and logistical tasks including, where necessary, liaison with speakers and guests, flight and accommodation arrangements, vendors liaison, budget management, conducting of rehearsals and virtual test calls;
• Monitor the progress of event planning and execution;
• Ensure the event administrative and operational requirements are met; and
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/ Degree with minimum 3 years’ relevant experience.
• Strong communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Knowledge of ITQ/ITT process for procurement of goods and services is preferred.
