Main Responsibilities:

• Identifying potential customers and gathering information about their needs and preferences.
• Client Visits to present products or services, demonstrate features, and explain benefits.
• Establishing rapport and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers to ensure customer loyalty and repeat business.
• Preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations tailored to the specific needs of each customer.
• Processing of sales orders, delivery orders, and invoice
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional sales support.
• Answer all product-related questions in a polite manner and addressing queries promptly.
• Communicate efficiently with customers through various channels.
• Support the development of new and existing products
• Other duties as assigned by management

• Class 3 Driving License
