Job Objectives

Manage Hadoop cluster in across all 4 environments (SIT, UAT, PROD and DR)

Key Responsibilities

· Manage Hadoop cluster across 4 different environments

· Ensure system is up and running 24 X 7

· Support user query or address any performance issue either with users query or system performance

Key Requirements

• Experience in managing large hadoop cluster with Cloudera CDH and CDP

• Experience in plan and execution of major and minor upgrades of Cloudera CDH and CDP

• Experience in administering various services within CDP including adding/deleting of nodes, supporting hardware replacements

• Posses good understanding of external tools integration with hadoop (qlik, PowerBI, SAS and Informatica)

• Experience in LDAP, SSHD and KRB authentications

• Experience in performing POC for open-source applications and tools

• Experience in performance tuning of various hadoop services and support end users in tuning application codes

• Backup and restore of various service components of hadoop cluster

• Certification in Cloudera CDH/CDP

• Scripting knowledge in Bash, Python and Perl, to automate and avoid repetitive tasks.

• Good technical knowledge of RHEL/Oracle Linux, and Unix hardware, operating system and system services will be an added advantage

Job description:

- Check and verify before issuing Sale Invoices and update the collection accordingly.

- Check and match suppliers’ invoices with PO and Performa Invoices taken in AP system and upload all the supporting in the system as well.

- Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, recording, all supporting banking transactions, submitting online banking payments, and filing documents.

- Process staff claims, Check, and classify expense items for payment preparation and enter Transactions.

- Perform reconciliation for multi-currencies bank statements.

- Update AR and AP Invoices and perform reconciliation timely and accurately.

- Reconciliation for the Balance sheet items and ensuring the accuracy of the audit schedules.

- Prepare accrual, prepayment, and provision transactions if possible.

- Extract audit schedules to ensure the accuracy of the Profit and loss transaction…

- Take in Fixed assets bills tied up GL with Fixed Assets audit schedules.

- Sent out Statement of Account (AR) and requested suppliers’ Statement (AP) monthly.

- Reconciliation of Inter-companies transactions.

- Submission of Monthly CPF and quarterly GST Filing and other financial duties.

- Budgeting cash flow and projected Profit & loss ac.

- Extract and check monthly closing stock balance.

- All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

- Minimum LCCI or Diploma in Accountancy

Job Requirement

- Minimum 5 years of working experience in the related field.

- Hardworking, Responsible with a good work attitude, and willing to learn.

- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Word)

- Experience in the XERO and AUTO-COUNT accounting systems will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop new customer and business opportunity.
• Provide pre-sales assistance and after-sales support to customers.
• Prepare quotations and follow up on sales enquires/proposal.
• Maintain a sound technical knowledge base on all products.
• Deliver on-site presentations using product collaterals.

Requirements

Job Responsibilities:

1) Provide support to contact parents on daily basis on administrative matters;

2) Assist in administrative duties (e.g. supporting financial assistance process, prepare and update records, compile statistics, prepare correspondences, filing etc) in the General Office;

3) Assist in sourcing goods and services to procure and liaising with vendors;

4) Assist in matching documents to invoices for payment;

5) Guide staff on the correct administration procedures for sourcing of items;

6) Manage office stores and issuance of stationery to staff;

7) To support counter and telephone duties on a daily basis to clarify enquiries from external stakeholders and members of public;

8) Manage appointment calendar of the school principal;

9) Any other duties as assigned.

Job Requirement

1) At least a GCE “O” level pass in English and Maths or equivalent;

2) Preferably proficient in using Microsoft Office or equivalent;

3) Preferably at least 1 year of experience in doing administrative work.
