Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts regularly.

1. Responsible for local company administrative work, including office leasing, meetings, reception, procurement, file management, and immigration procedures.
2. Responsible for establishing and improving the administrative management systems and processes related to human resources at the local company, ensuring compliance with local labor policies and requirements.
3. Oversee the overall operations of the office, manage company licenses and qualifications, and maintain good communication with relevant government departments.
4. Assist in handling human resource management tasks for the local company, including attendance, payroll, benefits, and insurance for local employees.
5. Report regularly to the parent company and provide feedback on work progress, while adhering to the management of the parent company.
6. Handle other tasks assigned by leadership.

Job Requirements:

1. Full-time university degree or above.
2. More than 8 years of experience in human resources/administration/business management or related fields, with at least 2 years of team management experience.
3. Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations; understanding of national tax policies and accounting standards is a plus.
4. Excellent communication, organization, coordination, and negotiation skills.
