Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for liaising and coordinating with both internal and external parties to ensure compliance with waste collection requirements at customer sites.
• Oversee the company’s onsite waste collection processes, including daily collection, logistics arrangements, site waste container inspections, maintenance, and electronic submission of waste consignment based on weighbridge information.

• Liaise with relevant statutory bodies such as the National Environment Agency (NEA) regarding licenses and permits, keeping the customer informed about regulatory changes.
• Assist the IWM Assistant Manager in managing the customer care program, monitoring customer satisfaction, complaints, changes in customer’s personnel, equipment, processes, materials used, and business strategy.

Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:

Revenue Accounting

• Manage the Institute's revenue accounting and accounts receivable functions.
• Ensure timely completion of all month-end closing activities.
• Perform bank reconciliations and review clearing account reconciliations and refunds.
• Conduct trade debtors’ analysis and reporting.

Business Partnering

• Assist in monthly, quarterly reporting and analysis, forecast reviews, and annual budgeting for departments.
• Support business departments by providing relevant financial reports and insights to aid in decision making.

• Handle full set of subsidiary accounts - ISCA Cares Limited from preparation of financial records, to statutory reporting/audit and liaising with the corporate secretary.

Claims Processing

Other Duties:

Job Requirement:

• Degree in Accountancy /Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of relevant working experience including handling of full set of accounts.
