Work hours: Monday - Friday, office hours

Admin Duties:

• Assist with queries from members of public
• Handle letters via courier on a daily basis
• Filing and reconciliation of the consignment slips
• Assist with the counter administrative matters for hearings
• Conduct phone and face-to-face interviews with family referees, when required
• Support simple data requests performed through Microsoft Excel, e.g. data cleaning.

Counter Duties:

• Assist with front desk operations and backend work to support the implementation of gambling social safeguards
• Manage walk-in clients with enquiries, complaints and/or requests for assistance and dispense advice where possible
• Man the counter phone line and email for general enquiries
• Assist with the opening and sorting of incoming mails

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree
• Relevant experience in admin and customer service

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist with day-to-day operations and administrative tasks
