Responsibilities:

Your role

Our major Oil & Gas Downstream Client is looking for Master Data Admin who will be repsonsible for creating/amending master data in SAP using standard T-code as well as creating and uploading master data using LSMW tool. You will support and execute CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) build and assurance activities for identified projects across Refinery and Chemicals to deliver first time right data from project to operations and maintenance. This includes delivery of quality asset data from the project to support the business to transition smoothly to run and maintain.

• Execute and support the development of strategies and plans, in conjunction with the business and the project manager for CMMS build projects, as well as assurance and data quality activities in support of projects.
• Analyze technical data and documents and processes by working with engineering, maintenance, operations and project team & partners
• Support the continuous improvement of the CMMS build processes and related team objectives
• Provide support to build Project dashboard, also manage and resolve any CMMS project delivery issues
• Provide expertise in the interpretation of asset data from engineering documents and drawings such as P & IDs and Single line diagrams
• Provide liaison and integration with the CP(Contracts and Procurement) Data organization in the development of the BOM and Material Master requirements
• Understand how information and technical data will be utilized within the site or location
• Work with SME to help standardize processes, tools, methods, procedures for CMMS builds
• Capture learnings and best practices from the projects and update the learnings database.

Special Challenges

• Confidence to work in virtual environment and managing engagement across different levels of stakeholders, including senior project management for day to day project activities. Includes initiative to identify and help resolve business and technical issues within areas of responsibility
• Highly proficient in both spoken and written English, as well as using MS Teams, Instant Messaging, Video Conferencing, Outlook, etc.

You are what we are looking for if you:

• Have Diploma or University Degree in Mechanical, Instrumentation, Electronics & Communication, Electrical, Industrial or Chemical Engineering.
• Have 2 to 3+yrs operational experience in engineering / technical jobs in at least one of the following areas:

o Experience in Plant Maintenance area within a Manufacturing environment as an engineering user of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)

o Experience in Technical Data and Documents management including processes and tools.

o Skill level in SAP PM Master data objects like Functional Location, Equipment, BoM, Class & Characteristics, Measuring Point, Work Center and Task List

o Knowledge level in SAP PM Planning and Transactional Data Objects like Maintenance Plan, Maintenance Item, Notification, Work Order

o Experience in data conversion phases: extraction, transformation, and load will be added value

o Knowledge level in reading engineering drawings like PFS, PEFS, SLD’s

• Have effective communication skill and stakeholder management
• Have PowerBI visualization, Data Modelling and SQL competencies (preferred)
• Have Mass Data Tool proficiencies (added advantage)
• Are able to deal effectively with complexity and detail and to prioritize and ensure timely delivery for the area of responsibility
• Are flexible and adaptable to change, with track record of demonstrating initiative, analytical capabilities, and issue resolution
• Have plant maintenance Experience preferably in Oil & Gas/ Chemical/Heavy Engineering/Power Plant
• Are proficient in MS Office inc. MS Access /excel/Word/power point/outlook/MS Project

Job Description

• Assist in preparing incoming and outgoing letters, mails and sorting out mailers, bills, etc.
• Arrange and requisite pantry refreshments, stationary, office items, etc.
• Arrange and register courses for staff and workers.
• Updating staff and workers records,
• Arrange dormitory check in and check out for workers.
• Prepare master list for Drawings, Documents, incoming & outgoing correspondences.
• Submission of documents, drawings, letter and creating transmittal.
• Maintain proper organisation of filing system, storage of documents and information.
• Keep electronic filing and archive system for easy issuance, storage, retrieval and management of documents to internal and external parties.
• With or without experience, motivated and willingness to learn on the job.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office with an eye for details
• Min 1-2years of relevant working experience
• Candidate with Document controller experience in a project managment environemnt is a plus
