Overview:

We are currently looking for an experienced specialist in Jira Governance and Administration to join our team on a subcontract basis. The main responsibility of this role is to enhance the system's governance and automate operations in our Jira environment by implementing technical improvements. As a Jira Governance and Administration Specialist, ensuring that our Jira setup is efficient and secure and can effectively support our organisation’s diverse needs is critical.

Key Responsibilities:

Establishing and implementing strong guidelines for using Jira across different departments is important. This includes technical improvements, such as optimizing field configuration schemes, as well as ensuring system integrity and securing access to old projects. Automation can be used to streamline critical Jira maintenance tasks to archive old projects and update user groups.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams is crucial to understanding requirements and providing customized Jira solutions. Providing training and support to users is also essential to maximise the effectiveness of Jira tools.

Regular monitoring of system performance, conducting audits, and implementing necessary updates or changes are vital to ensure the smooth functioning of Jira.

Qualifications:

· Proven experience in Jira administration and governance.

· At least 3 years in doing Jira administration, that is over 600 users.

· Strong understanding of Jira’s technical configuration, including workflows, screen schemes, permission schemes, and notification schemes.

· Experience in automating Jira operations, preferably with GitHub actions and Terraform.

· Ability to analyse and optimise system performance and scalability.

· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to train and support users.

Required Certification:

· Atlassian Certified Jira Administrator (ACJA), Atlassian Certified Organization Administration or equivalent Jira administration certification.

Job Scope:

- Handle Day-To-Day Business Operations of Singapore's #1 Education Agency

- Attend to interested clients via various forms of warm leads (form orders, calls, WhatsApp, etc.)

(no cold-calling or anything of that sort)

- Assist clients in shortlisting and recommending suitable tutor profiles based on their criteria

- Coordinate and arrange 1st tuition lesson for clients and tutors

- Follow-up with any necessary administrative support and after-sales service

- Familiarize with and utilize custom-made company software which is focused on automation

Job Requirements:

- Friendly, Passionate and Energetic Team Player

- Organized and Good Administrative Skills

- Decent Typing Speed and Computer Skills

- Polite, Patient and Calm Personality

- Able to Commit for Minimum of 1 Year

- Poly & University Fresh Graduates are welcome, no experience required

Salary:

- $2,300 - $3,000/Month + CPF

(Depending on Qualifications & Work Experience)

- Attractive Monthly Team Bonuses ($200-700/month)

- Looking at about $2,500 - $3,700/Month or more after incentives

- Clear Salary Progression, Annual Salary Review (Minimum 10% Increase)
