Job Scope

• Assist the Marketing Manager and General Manager in daily administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functioning and coordination of marketing activities.
• Support in recognizing marketing trends and key opportunities.
• Carry out market research to pinpoint the needs of target customers, analyze competition, and identify trends, aiding in the development of effective marketing strategies and plans.
• Monitor the progress and results of marketing campaigns, collecting data to enhance overall performance.
• Present findings, statistics, and insights through graphic, written, or verbal presentations and reports.
• Manage the creation and maintenance of social media accounts.
• Address marketing inquiries via phone, email, or social media.
• Perform data entry and analysis.

Requirements

• Work Experience: Minimum 3 years
• Language: Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proven experience as a marketing assistant.
• Good understanding of office management and marketing principles.
• Good organizational, time management, and project management skills
• Meticulous attention to details and the ability to work under pressure
• Strong technical skills, especially in Microsoft Office, digital marketing software, and social media platforms. Adobe Creative Suite is a plus

Key accountability (Main purpose of this job):

Reporting to the Recruitment Manager, this role will provide 360-degree administrative support to the Admissions Department and support excellent customer service to CIS families.

Responsibilities (Key areas of Responsibilities):

• Support excellent customer service and assistance to new and current families throughout all admissions processes.
• Support the Education and Assessment Coordinator, including administering various types of assessments or observations of prospective students who need further review during the admissions process.
• Support the management of documents throughout the admissions process and work with the recruitment team to complete each student’s file as required.
• Support the monitoring and development of our Recruitment Agent program, when assigned.

• Assist the Store Supervisor to manage the inventory levels to ensure a healthy stock level for all store items.
• Raise requisition for all items below inventory level.
• Receive and check all incoming materials to store.
• Record all issuance of consumables and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Organize and re-arrange all items in proper boxes.
• Maintain the tidiness of the warehouse at all times.
• Check and inspect all items before and after loading. Verify quantity, condition, and type of items received with purchase or delivery orders.
• To carry out clerical duties relating to the issue, receipt of inventories, and tracking of stock availability in the store.
• Perform inventory control and do a stock take.
• Coordinate and communicate with the respective departments when goods arrive.
• Manage the inventories in the system and files.
• Perform tasks under direct supervision, following established guidelines and procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy in materials handling.

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Levels qualifications.
• Prior experience in store/warehouse operations is preferred.
• A valid forklift license will be an added advantage.
• Preferably someone with 1-year experience in warehouse work
