Prior experience with café work and barista skills is preferred but not compulsory.

Job Scope

• Handle front desk works including answering phone calls, registration of patients, dispensing of drugs and collection of payment
• Provide Administrative support and scheduling appointments for patients
• Assist Doctors with minor procedure when required
• Maintain clinic's cleanliness and hygiene at all times
• Assist in maintaining and restocking inventory/supplies
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Looking for an adept IT professional well versed in the field of IT project Management to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing IT projects while also contributing your technical proficiency to the development process.

Job Responsibilities

• To collaborate with Account Manager, Solution Consultant to define project scope, objectives and deliverables.
• To develop detailed plans on project scopes including timelines, milestones and resource allocation.
• To coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and adherence to datelines of the project milestones to ensure it is completed on time to meet contractual requirements.
• To oversee project progress, identifying and mitigating risks.
• To monitor and control project expenses and resource utilisation.
• To communicate project status, updates and attend project meetings with Clients.
• To collate project documentation to ensure it is complete, accurate and maintained through the project lifecycle.
• Any other ad hoc duties that is assigned by supervisors.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Information Technology or a related field.
• Proven experience as an IT Project Manager or in a similar role, preferably in an IT System Integrator background.
• Good understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities with the capacity to interact effectively with technical and non-technical team members.
• Possess a proactive problem-solving attitude, coupled with a robust background in IT project management skills to handle customer expectations and requirements.
